Informal Description of Admin Staff
An efficient admin office is essential to all businesses, which is why Katherine Reed runs a tight ship. In charge of handling documents, files and order forms to updates, enquiries and complaints, she is adept at completing it all with the aid of admin workers Jessica Roundtree and Jayne Wiiliams. All of the admin assistants share excellent skills in organisation and have to keep up with staggered deadlines, cover the reception room and smooth out any admin issues and concerns, which makes them integral to the firm as a whole. Finally Veronica Kale is the last member of the team and is the youngest and freshest recruit - she is particularly well versed in using computer programs after undertaking her qualifications in information technology.
IT Employees
Jeremy Hall leads the Suffolk Funding IT section and deals with many employee affairs from handing out employee projects and analysing their progression to measuring their performance. He checks on team members so that every computer-related task is finished punctually and swiftly. In addition to this he carries out appraisals and interviews for new recruits. Saima Khan, head of systems operations, ensures that malfunctions do not occur in the Suffolk Funding internal computer format and Terrence Chatworth assists clerks with smaller problems related to spreadsheets, emails, internet access and the creation of documents. Web brand identity and content is handled by Karen Goodey who has worked for newsrooms and publishers all over the world.
Description of Managers
Russell Henderson, head of management, has been working for the firm for a number of years. His expertise lies in delegation, effective leadership and developing strong customer relationships. He came to the company after working for a similar enterprise for a six month period where he learnt key objectives and practices. Victoria Crompton, general manager, handles client and staff well being and is extremely competent in her role. Her repertoire is unparalleled and she is an asset to the team. Sheila enjoys time management tutorials and prides herself on her excellent history and achievements. Jerry Holswoth regularly liaises with Sheila by supporting management frameworks - he is a long standing member of the business and has watched it prosper over the years.
