Suffolk Funding admin roles

Data entry clerk - Required to handle accounts. This role requires an intense level of concentration as well as competent IT skills and the ability to organise a large amount of data. A great personality, the ability to work extremely hard and a great customer manner are also essential attributes for this role.

Receptionist - Required to handle initial queries and welcome customers. IT work is a big factor in this role so you'll need competent computing skills, a helpful personality and an excellent phone manner with all customers. The ability to get on with a wide range of people is also essential!

Admin assistant/receptionist stand in - Required to cover reception desks and cover admin duties. For this role you'll need basic numeracy and literacy skills, the ability and willingness to work over as and when required and a great phone manner.

Sales vacancies

Customer Services Personnel - Required to provide support and help to customers. For this job, candidates need to have brilliant people skills and be good at dealing with conflict. Key tasks include organising returns, answering phone queries and replying to customer emails.

Sales Executives - Required to sell products direct to clients. Successful candidates will need to be confident making outgoing phone calls to customers as well as handling incoming customer queries. Previous sales experience is preferable but not essential.

Sales Manager - Required to lead and manage a busy sales team. For this role, candidates will need to have good people skills, have experience at managing teams, be experienced at working to tight deadlines and be able to meet tough sales targets.

Computer vacancies

IT Support Executive - Required to provide technical support to Suffolk Funding employees. This role requires candidates to provide tech and IT support to all members of staff so must be confident dealing with a range of applications such as spreadsheets, email systems and internet browsers and connections. An IT-related degree is preferable for this role.

Copy Writer - Required to write content to go on the Suffolk Funding site. Content writers for the Suffolk Funding site will be required to write a range of content including email blogs, product descriptions and blogs. An expert level of spelling, punctuation and grammar is a must for this job.

Website Developer - Required to build and develop the Suffolk Funding site. For this role, candidates will need to have years of experience in developing and building company websites in similar industries.
